Michael Jay Canaleja Espares is a Licensed Professional Teacher, devoted husband, and father of six, who has served as a dedicated public secondary school teacher in the Philippines for over a decade. Known to many as “Sir Mike,” he understands the financial challenges that many teachers face — and turned his personal mission into a movement.
Driven by a deep passion to help fellow educators achieve financial freedom without leaving the classroom, he founded Sidetech Earnings Academy — a platform that empowers teachers and professionals to turn their knowledge into income-generating digital products.
From creating his first eBook to launching a self-paced masterclass, Sir Mike now mentors others to follow the same path — earning passive income through digital entrepreneurship, even with a full-time teaching load.
